Senior Model Program

The Senior Model Program is something that we have done for the last 4 years. Each year we meet more and more seniors. This year we are doubling the amount of Senior Models that we are taking, we will be taking 4 models from each of the areas high school. So what is the benefit of being a senior model for Image Photography?

3. Senior Models get free comp cards that help them with referrals

Christensen Family Welcomes Baby Andrew

What started as a Maternity Session for our Model Program, turns into a newborn session. Francie contacted me about a month ago to do her maternity session, but due to weather and schedule conflicts we postponed the session. But to our surprise I got a call that morning informing me that the baby had been born. They welcomed 7lbs 9.5oz bouncing baby boy Andrew Joel Christensen to the world, I believe it was January 14th. So I jumped on the chance for a Newborn Session and we captured some great images. I hope you like them!!!

Krystal & Paul

I was completely surprised to dodge the rain yesterday and get this session in, and really glad that we did. Meet Krystal and Paul, they will be married on March 5th!!! With it being right around the corner we had to get their Engagement Photos done. With the snow clearing out to give way to the rain, I could not keep this particular couple from smiling. What a great couple these two make. And did we ever have a fun session. As you know the Chattanooga Valley has been struck with a little more snow then we are used to, but take a girl from New York,and a photographer from Ohio... You have a canvas that can easily be turned into a Masterpiece!!! Aside from a little slipping here and there, it really turned out to be a great shoot. We ran into the problem of a couple of the parks being closed and some public access places being so icy that there was no way to get to them.... BUT LOOK WHAT WE GOT!!!!

Photography Workshop for Beginners

Hey everyone and can you believe that the workshop is this Saturday!!! Along with the snow this is going to be a fantastic shoot!!! Basically we will be meeting at Northgate Mall in Hixson, TN at the back of the parking lot in front of Applebees. I will be driving the gold Navigator. We will meet there at 10:45am. Once everyone has arrived we will finish off the paper work and head downtown. We will be battling the many different trials that the light in front of the Aquarium has to offer. Finally we will go for lunch at the Applebees Downtown and discuss our shots, and even look at some on our laptop. We will discuss ways to make the photography better, ways to edit in Lightroom and talk about photography all together!!! If will be a very informative and great time!!!! Krysten & Daniel

Meet the soon to be married, Krysten and Daniel. We met right before the the storm hit here in Chattanooga, to do their Engagement Session. While introducing myself I heard the greatest story of life and dreams, and of course love. You see Krysten and Daniel are professional actors and are very involved with the Chattanooga State Performing Arts Department. Daniel has even directed a couple of productions and dreams of one day playing the role of his favorite Shakespearean character Iago. Krysten is in the process of a production right now. It was soo easy taking their pictures, they took posing very well. The only thing that went a little crazy was when I asked them to kiss, then I had to get the tire iron out to pry them apart!!! Just kidding!!! Finally we wen to Chattanooga States Theater where we finished the session. They will be getting married the last Sunday of February and we wish them all the happiness, and success in the world!!! Olan and Maria

What can you say about these two. Well I will start by saying they are both crazy, what a fun session. Laughing, and even some yelling at a non visible blue sweater that should or shouldn't have been worn. But I truthfully could not stop taking pictures of this couple, and to hear how God moves in their lives and how he brought them together.... Truly gives me chills. We started the session at the River Park, then moved to down town near the trail of tears, finally we ended up at a Waffle House!!! I love shooting at a Waffle House!!! And thank you to the staff and management of Waffle House Hwy 153 for allowing us to borrow your dinning area!!! It was a blast from beginning till end!!! Guys we are soo happy that you are allowing Image Photography to share this moment with you and look forward to watching you grow as a family. Congrats on truly finding your soul mates.
